Functional Fitness Program
At CFPC we strive to bring Functional Fitness to everyone regardless of their age, ability, experience, or fitness level. Our daily workout is broken into Mobility, Skill/Strength, Conditioning, and Recovery/Mobility.
All athletes must complete our Foundations Program before jumping into our regular Program.
Teen’s Strength & Conditioning
This class is designed for Teenagers to Gain Strength, Power, Speed, Agility, Balance and Coordination! Let us know if you’re interested or would like more information!

Barbell Club
The Barbell Club is a time for athletes to focus on Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and build strength and power. The class includes technique work, a variety of barbell movements, accessory movements and maximal effort lifts. This class is programmed and athletes of all levels will be able to participate. We will focus on lifts such as Clean & Jerk, Snatch, Dead lift, Bench Press, Squat, and Shoulder Press.
Barbell Club meets every few Saturday’s for Seminars to fine-tune you’re lifting skills!

Running Club
You’ve always wanted to run but don’t know where to start; or you’re an experienced runner who wants to fine-tune your skills. The Running Club will teach you all you need to know about running in all kinds of weather, biomechanics, nutrition, goal setting, injury prevention, motivation, pacing and much more. This club is designed for athletes of all skill levels.
Foundations Program
Our Foundations Program introduces Functional Fitness movements and focuses on the mechanics and consistency of these movements before adding the key component – intensity. Time is spent on the basics of:
- Powerlifting
- Olympic Weightlifting
- Kettlebell Sport
- Gymnastics
- Mobility
- Preparation and Recovery

Legends Program
Our Legends Program is for ages 60+ to gain Strength and Mobility to make day to day life easier. Ask us for more information if you are interested!

Individual Programming/ Personal Training
For those athletes with special circumstances (such as injuries, disabilities, etc.) or those looking to spend extra time improving on deficiencies can also receive an Individual Program to do either on it’s own or paired with our regular Program.
Nutrition Programs
One-on-one Nutrition Coaching to help you achieve your ideal body composition and performance goals. Athletes will be given a personalized nutrition prescription along with recipes, monthly meetings, and ongoing support.
We also run Group Nutrition Programs quarterly throughout the year. Be sure to check our blog or ask one of our Coaches about our next program!

Kids Programs
Our Kids Program is a time for kids to run, jump, climb, and crawl all while learning basic movement skills that allow for a start to an active lifestyle.
