April 1 Announcements

I hope you are all holding up okay during this crazy time! I enjoy seeing your posts on SugarWOD and social media!! We have a few things coming up this month to keep our community moving and staying healthy through this very uncertain time! I have signed our gym up for the #800g challenge with OptimizeMe Nutrition. I have looked at this challenge several times and have always wanted to give it a try. For those of you that have worked with me on nutrition before, you know that I have no time for fad diets or quick fixes so this challenge has to be great to get my attention. I love it because we are not looking to cut out anything- we are looking to ADD more fruits and veggies. The challenge will begin Monday April 7th so you will have some time to stock up on fruits and veggies. I know you are all so pumped to hear what this is all about so here is the lowdown;

The #800g challenge is a challenge to eat 800g of fruit and vegetables each day. If you are interested in singing up for this awesome challenge message me and let me know- you will be added to the Wodify app to help track your progress and recieve points for eating 800g per day, eating a variety of food, working out and tracking your intake. The cost of the program is $20 and will be billed through the Wodify app. For the fine print check out THIS. The winner of this challenge will be celebrated at our “Back to the Gym” BBQ and receive a sweet prize! Be sure to use the hashtags #800gchallenge #CFPC800gchallenge and #forgetaverage with your social media for extra points!

Wodify and How to support your Gym!

We are officially making the switch over to Wodify today, April 1! Don’t worry, you will be able to still see the workouts on SugarWOD for a little bit longer. Thank you to those who have contacted me to set up payments for this coming month, if you have not yet done so please let me know what package works best for you! Once again the options for this month are;

Flex Plan I– $25 Daily body weight and conditioning workouts that are geared towards those that want to work on skills and sweat.

Flex Plan II– $65 Flex Program II- $65/ Month- Allows you to see the Workout of the Day AND Barbel Club which gives a strength component, feedback via video submission, auxiliary work and ongoing coaching throughout the month.

Nutrition– $75- Individual macro nutrient prescription based on your goals plus weekly check ins via FaceTime or Skype.

Personal Training (Inquire for pricing) This is done outside one on one at either the track or remote location. This is subject to change with the ever changing situation.

Supplements- Protein, Pre workout, RX bars, eggs etc. Available for pick up or delivery.

Once again thank you all for your support during this time! I am working hard to keep our community strong and healthy and continue to strengthen the relationships we have built along with our bodies and mental fortitude. I know your at home workouts are not the same, they are not meant to be. We are all just trying to do the best we can with what we have!
