CFPC Upcoming Events – January 2020

Regular Program

On January 6th, 2020 our Regular Program will resume. This next cycle we are working more on our Olympic Lifting and taking the gymnastic skills we’ve been working on and now adding a slight fatigue to the equation.

Explore Kids – Ages 5-7

On January 10th, 2020 our Explore Kids program starts. This program runs for 8 weeks and is a time for kids to run, jump, climb, and crawl all while learning basic movement skills that allow for a start to an active lifestyle. Contact us for more information!

Nutrition & Goal Setting Seminar

Our Nutrition & Goal Setting seminar will take place this Saturday, January 11th. New Years resolutions are very popular in the fitness industry; unfortunately most people fail to stick to them and fall off track within the first month. Being a goal orientated person, I really enjoy the idea of starting the New Year by reflecting on last years goals, re-evaluating them and then setting goals for the upcoming year. This can be a bit overwhelming at first as we tend to have SO many goals it’s hard to prioritize and nail down the goals that will have the biggest effect on our lives and allow us to continue the constant pursuit of self growth. Even if you can not make the seminar, I would love you to fill out the questionnaire I have to help me and the other Coaches to better understand your “why” for training and being apart of CFPC.

The seminar will lead into the Nutrition & Lifestyle Challenge starting January 13th as we take the goals you have stated and create some daily “action goals” to help you crush 2020. The Challenge will be 6 weeks with a point system for daily habits that include macro tracking (personalized macros will be provided to you), mobility, hydration, and two daily habits unique to your goals for 2020.
