Let’s Talk The Open!

This year The Open starts on October 10, 2019 with the release of 20.1. (That’s in 2 weeks!!) We will be doing our usual Friday Night Lights from 5pm-7pm every Friday for 5 weeks. We are going to have fun again this year with Teams & Weekly Challenges! We are putting a sign up sheet above the fountain for you to sign up if you’d like to be involved; this not only helps give us an idea for numbers for each Friday night but also helps figure out how many teams we want and how many athletes per team. If you can’t make a Friday in that 5 week span – don’t worry, you can always do the workout on the Saturday – Monday afterwards; just find yourself a judge to meet with you at the gym. Once we have the Teams decided we will release details about the challenges and point system!

We will arrange for every Open workout to have a Performance, Consistency, and Fitness track workout available (and can be scaled further if needed) so EVERYONE can participate!

CFPC Golf Day

We are doing another CFPC Golf Day on Sunday, September 29th, 2019. We will meet at the Course at 2pm and team up from there. We are doing Scramble Style; Green fees and cart rentals apply. We hope to see you there!

Kids Programs – Ages 5-7

Our next Kids Program for Ages 5-7 will start on September 20th, 2019 at 1:30pm and will run every Friday for 6 weeks. Registration for this program is $80 and there will be limited entries accepted.

CFPC Legends Program

We are starting a Legends Program for ages 60+ to gain Strength and Mobility to make day to day life easier. This program will start October 1, 2019 and run on Tuesday & Thursday at 2pm. Ask us for more information if you are interested!

Our Programs – Fall 2019

  • Cross-train Program – Our main program; offered 6x a week.
  • Cross-train Fitness Program – This is a great class to suggest to anyone interested in Cross-training as it gives them a taste of what we do without any super technical movements. Monday & Wednesday @ 9:00 am and Tuesday & Thursday @ 6:30pm.
  • Barbell Club – Every Friday at 5:30pm starting September 6th, 2019 for 6 weeks. This cycle will focus on mobility for overhead stability, Snatch technique, and Overhead squat as our strength component. **This club is by registration only or drop in fee.
  • Legends Program – Our Legends Program is for ages 60+ to gain Strength and Mobility to make day to day life easier. This program will start October 1, 2019 and run on Tuesday’s & Thursday’s at 2pm.
  • Kids Programs – Ages 5-7 – CFPC Kids is a program for kids to run, jump, climb, and crawl all while learning basic movement skills that allow for a start to an active lifestyle. September 20th – October 25th, 2019 Friday’s at 1:30pm. **This program is by registration only.
  • Personal Training Session – Have a specific goal you want to work on? A Personal Training Session is a fantastic way to have a coach help you out one-on-one to give you those tips and tricks you need to get to the next level.
  • Personal Programming & Personal Training – For those athletes with special circumstances (such as injuries, disabilities, etc.) or those looking to spend extra time improving on deficiencies. Can be taken on it’s own or paired with our regular Program.
  • Nutrition Coaching – One-on-one coaching to help you achieve your ideal body composition and performance goals.
